Being closer to our employees
Talent developers are as close as possible to employees in order to provide individualized support and to accompany each of them in their professional career. A transparent system for disseminating job offers makes all the vacancies visible and offers everyone the freedom to apply after a minimum of two years in their position. A professional assessment is scheduled from three years of seniority, then every 10 years, in order to help build professional projects, identify possible career developments and the means to achieve them.
Our culture of apprenticeship, particularly among our technical teams, encourages the ongoing training of our employees and is one of the best guarantees of their employability. This does not prevent us from innovating and digitizing our training courses when appropriate. For example, Saft offers a gamified Lean Manufacturing training program for all its 4,300 employees. Whether we're an operator or a manager, we all contribute to the company's operational excellence and success.
We are proud to have been able to offer nearly 3 days of training to all our employees in 2023, thanks in particular to this new program!
